DELIVERY POLICY

 

SHIPPING

    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DELIVERY PERIOD & COST

  • The delivery cost depends on the delivery area and the weight of the item.
  • The minimum cost for delivery are as follows;
    1. Peninsular Malaysia – RM10.00
    2. Sabah & Sarawak – RM20.00
  • The delivery period also depends on the delivery area
    1. Peninsular Malaysia – 1 to 3 working days
    2. Sabah & Sarawak – 3 to 14 working days


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

RETURN

  • To initiate a return item, send an email to us at orders@tonegroup.net with item photos, invoice and a description of the problem and we will work to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 working days of the invoice date.
  • Your item(s) will be inspected and the appropriate exchange or refunds will be issued accordingly.
  • Exchanges are only offered for the same size, color, or pattern according to the product category.
  • The Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched)
  • The Item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction)
  • The item must be returned in original and proper packaging.

REFUND

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
