DELIVERY POLICY
SHIPPING
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DELIVERY PERIOD & COST
- The delivery cost depends on the delivery area and the weight of the item.
- The minimum cost for delivery are as follows;
- Peninsular Malaysia – RM10.00
- Sabah & Sarawak – RM20.00
- The delivery period also depends on the delivery area
- Peninsular Malaysia – 1 to 3 working days
- Sabah & Sarawak – 3 to 14 working days
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURN
- To initiate a return item, send an email to us at orders@tonegroup.net with item photos, invoice and a description of the problem and we will work to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 working days of the invoice date.
- Your item(s) will be inspected and the appropriate exchange or refunds will be issued accordingly.
- Exchanges are only offered for the same size, color, or pattern according to the product category.
- The Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched)
- The Item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction)
- The item must be returned in original and proper packaging.
REFUND
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
