In conjunction with the e-invoicing Guidelines issued by the LHDN, which will be implemented on 1 January 2025, TONE WOW will issue e-invoices for sale and incentive
payouts.

To comply with the IRBM’s guidelines, TONE WOW is required to collect information, including personal data such as name, NRIC/Passport, tax identification number, residential
address, contact number, and email, from you to generate the e-invoice.

Members who register under a company name are required to submit a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to TONE WOW to issue e-invoices for sales and incentive
payouts under the company name.

Members who do not submit a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) will have their commission payments suspended.

TONE WOW at its sole discretion, reserves the right to hold the member's incentive with or without consent from TONE WOW Members.

TONE WOW will not be responsible for any failure to pay commissions to members who do not submit their Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to TONE WOW.
