This program is an initiative of the Government of Malaysia in collaboration with the Telecommunication Service Provider industry, where a total of RM2.0 billion has been allocated to recipients of Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (ACA) for the purchase of communication data plans..
All Malaysian Citizens who are recipients of Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (ACA) will qualify for the Jaringan Prihatin Program.
In conjunction with the Government’s initiative to provide subsidy in the form of rebates or discounted devices to all mobile users who are recipients of Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) or B40 segment with collaboration of all telcos, now TONE WOW B40 Customers are able to register for the Jaringan Prihatin RM180 plan rebate.
Sorry, TONE WOW Subscribers are NOT eligible for the RM300 device rebate plan.
Registration will be open from 29th June 2021 until 30th September 2021.
For registration, you may follow the simple steps listed below:-
1. Check eligibility via Digi Store Online (DSO)
2. Ensure your current TONE WOW prepaid number is ACTIVE
3. Register for Jaringan Prihatin with Digi
4. Subscribe to TONE WOW’s TDS Plan and redeem Plan Rebate (Redemption period is from 1st July 2021 until 31st July 2022)

Customers will know the status upon submission of registration.
It will be granted to you by the 1st July for any registration done BEFORE 1st July 2021, and within 24 hours for registration done FROM 1st July 2021 onwards.
*The RM15 Internet Credit must be redeemed before the granting of credit for the subsequent month.
**Granting period for the TONE WOW Jaringan Prihatin RM15 Internet Credit is From 1st JULY 2021 - 31 JULY 2022. Customers can redeem their RM15 Internet Credit up to 12 times or 12 months (maximum) before the end date of Program.
***The Internet Credit granting is automated and will be granted on every 1st of the month or the day before, depending on the expiry of the your TDS Data Plan Subscription.

****The Free 2GB Data is only valid for ONE (1) hour a day (daily), and can be redeemed after the RM15 Internet Credit has been used up.
No. The TONE WOW Jaringan Prihatin Internet Credit can only be redeemed ONCE in a month and Internet Credit redemption will be automatically granted on every 1st of the month or the day before, depending on expiry of your TDS data plan subsription.
No. The Jaringan Prihatin subsidy is tied to the Subscriber’s NRIC and therefore cannot be transferred to another individual.
The normal airtime credit is the credit value added by Subscribers by doing a Top Up.
The Jaringan Prihatin RM15 Internet Credit is the Freebies credit value credited to the Subscribers to use as rebates for Data plan purchase of RM30 & Above. (TDS30, TDS50, TDS60, TDS80 or TDS120 only)
Once your TONE WOW line is terminated or if you have ported-out, you will no longer receive your subsequent RM15 registered under your TONE WOW Line.
To continue being granted with the Internet Credit, you would need to reactivate your TONE WOW line.
For Subscribers who has ported-out, they would need to re-register with the Jaringan Prihatin
Program with their new Mobile Service Provider / telco.
No, you cannot convert the subsidy to cash or TONE WOW WOWlet.
During registration, you are required to decide on the mobile number for which you wish to enjoy the subsidy.
Once registered, you are NOT allowed to switch mobile numbers.
No, your Jaringan Prihatin subsidy is tied to the individual NRIC and mobile number used to register for the Jaringan Prihatin Program.

a. To be eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin Program, you (the “Customer”):-
- Must fulfil and pass our customer verification process;
- If you are entitled for the Jaringan Prihatin Program, you are the primary applicant of the Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat through the data provided by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (“LHDN”) to us.
b. Notwithstanding the above, TONE WOW may revise the eligibility from time to time without prior notice.
2. PROGRAM PERIOD
a. This Program shall commence from 5 May 2021 until 31 July 2022 and / or such other date as may be extended by Digi is sole and absolute discretion (the “Program Period”).
3. THE OFFERS
a. You will be granted a monthly rebate of RM15 in the form of Free Internet Credit.
b. You will also be granted a free 2GB/hour in the form of daily redemption if you utilize the RM15 rebate to buy an eligible monthly offer. Once granted, you can redeem it once daily for the next 30 days after you activate your prepaid line.

d. This Prepaid Offer will be removed upon either of the following is fulfilled:-
- You have completed 12 redemptions during the Program Period; or
- upon the expiry of the Program Period
e. TONE WOW is NOT offering any device rebate.
a. Subscribers have to ensure that their account is ACTIVE to continue to enjoy the Offer.
b. Upon the expiry of the Program Period, the Offers shall lapsed and any unclaimed rebates shall be forfeited.
c. You are obliged to keep your information confidential and not to share your information with any third party. TONE WOW/Digi shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the Offer was activated by a third party without his/her consent. TONE WOW/Digi shall not refund nor compensate the subscriber in any manner whatsoever in such situations.
d. By registering and accepting the selected Offers and continue use of our service, you:-
- I have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions including the privacy notice set out herein, Digi general terms and conditions, TONE WOW/Digi general privacy notice and the terms and conditions as may be set out by the Ministry of Finance in relation to the Jaringan Prihatin Program and / or the Enhanced Jaringan Prihatin Program.
- I agree that the above mentioned terms and conditions and privacy notice shall form the agreement between you and Digi;
- Shall ensure that all personal details submitted when performing registration for any of the Offer must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by Digi; and
- agree that TONE WOW/Digi reserves the right, at any time, to verify your eligibility and to disqualify you for not complying with these terms and conditions or which tampers with the registration or the Offers acceptance process.
- agree that TONE WOW/Digi shall have sole and absolute discretion to terminate, suspend or otherwise deal with the Customer and/or any of the Offer if incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, incorrect or fraudulent registrations or acceptances which violates these terms and conditions are discovered.
5. PRIVACY NOTICE
a. The information you provide to TONE WOW/Digi and/or third parties (where applicable) through your registration includes but is not limited to your name, identification number, phone number and plan details, subject to your eligibility for the Campaign.
b. TONE WOW/Digi will only use this information for the purposes of the Campaign and/or otherwise in connection with your subscription for this Campaign, our internal record keeping and reporting, as well as external reporting and auditing purposes in connection with the Campaign.
c. Digi may provide and/or transfer personal data to Telenor Group (which we are part of), data processors, and service providers, with respect to your subscription, as well as related purposes where your consent has been obtained.
d. TONE WOW/Digi may also provide your personal information to professional advisors, law enforcement agencies and/or its appointed third parties for relevant services or carry out enforcement or regulatory activities as required by applicable law, lawful requests, and/or otherwise in connection with your subscription and/or the implementation of this Campaign.
e. When TONE WOW/Digi need to transfer your personal information to countries outside Malaysia for processing purposes, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected (for countries that may not provide the same level of protection as Malaysia).
f. TONE WOW/Digi will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes stated herein unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by any applicable law. We will take all reasonable steps to destroy, or erase from our systems, all data which is no longer required.
g. If you choose not to provide us with your personal data or if you provide insufficient data, invalid, incorrect, or inaccurate data to us or decline to provide the data we require, we may not be able to process your subscription.
